The start of sales of apartments in the final building of the Lisovyi Kvartal Residential Complex (Brovary) has been announced

The developer of the Lisovyi Kvartal residential complex in Brovary, Kyiv region, has announced the start of construction of a house № 12. The sale of one-, two- and three-room apartments with different lengths has already started.

"Among the nice bonuses for potential investors - special conditions at the start of the sale: the exclusive price for a limited number of apartments at this stage is from 12,200 UAH. per square meter ", - said Natalia Kirilenko, head of sales of the Lisovyi Kvartal residential complex.

House 12 is a one-section twenty-five-story building. It is built on a monolithic frame technology using certified materials using all modern energy efficient solutions. One of its features is corner glazing, which allows you to expand the view and improve the panoramic characteristics of some corner apartments. The height of the ceiling in the living quarters will be 2.7 m.

The new building will be the final object of the Lisovyi Kvartal. The complex, which began construction in 2013, already has six commissioned residential buildings, as well as five buildings at various stages of construction. In addition, infrastructure facilities were created in the Lisovyi Kvartal, including a kindergarten, a multi-level parking lot, a boiler room, and recreational areas.

Commissioning of the facility is scheduled for the first quarter of 2021.
